I write, edit, research, go to class or study or take a test online, teach children, snuggle children, blare loud music, eat really good food, care for plants, Grab Life By The Balls, and connect (hopefully partially through kinky sex) with my husband, most every day.

I read in stolen moments, blog during the half hour before kids wake up, take long candlelit baths with Grant behind a locked door, talk to friends and make new friends as much as I can, and dodge cleaning whenever possible.

On Sundays I try to decide whether I have to be or can't stand to be Catholic. Throughout the rest of the week, I'm embarking on a meditation practice and thinking about energy and the Law of Attraction.

Life is pretty good.

I have a lot of big plans.

My livejournal, spanning 8 years, is here.

Right along with breastfeeding, co-sleeping and sling wearing, this was a big part of my natural parenting for a long time. I definitely feel like I’ve made a departure from doing what comes naturally, but I’ve come so far from it that there’s almost a new natural, now. Good or bad? Just reality…
